Our Premium Fireproof High Silica Fabric is a marvel of modern engineering-a heat-resistant and exceptionally soft special fiber fabric. Crafted from the Na20-SiO2 ternary system, this fabric undergoes a meticulous process of drawing, spinning, and acid treatment, ensuring an outstanding SiO2 content of over 96% for superior performance.
This remarkable high silica fabric stands out as a heat-resistant, insulating, and soft special fiberglass fabric. Its flexible nature allows for easy processing and adaptability, making it ideal for applications requiring high temperature resistance, ablation resistance, and heat insulation. Capable of withstanding long-term exposure to temperatures up to 1000°C, it can also endure instantaneous heat up to 1450°C.
Our product excels in providing protection within thermal environments such as welding, high temperature scenarios, and emergency rescue operations. Its extensive use includes creating fire curtains, fire doors, fire mats, fire blankets, fire-resistant clothing, and for parts exposed to high temperature ablation.
