Acrylic Pulp is an ultrafine fiber produced by the highly fibrillated treatment of polyacrylonitrile fibers. It has a large specific surface area and unique surface structure, which greatly enhances the adhesion force of mixtures and improves the performance of materials during processing. Acrylic Pulp exhibits high strength and strong bonding power, along with excellent resistance to chemical solvents, mildew, acids, alkalis, and aging. Acrylic Pulp, as a reinforcement material, can be applied in asbestos-free boards, resin plastic composites, and reinforced friction materials.
Fiber Structure:
Acrylic Pulp consists of short, finely divided fibers that provide a soft texture and can be used for blending with other fibers in a variety of products.
