Quartz Fiber Thread is made from high purity, extremely fine continuous filaments of pure fused quzrtz which is capable of exposure to 1070°C. Fiber composition is 99.95% SiO2 exclusive of binder. It has excellent abration performance and soft characteristic, widely used as high temperature filter material.
Exceptional Heat Resistance:
Quartz fiber thread can withstand continuous exposure to temperatures up to about 1050°C (1922°F), making it suitable for high-temperature applications.
High Tensile Strength:
It exhibits excellent tensile strength, which allows it to maintain structural integrity under mechanical stress.
Chemical and Corrosion Resistance:
The thread is resistant to a wide range of chemicals including acids, alkalis, and solvents, ensuring longevity and reliability in corrosive environments.

Acid base for high temperature filters vacuum tube filled with material:
water rafah as a quartz tube filled with silk material, in order to improve the performance of the tube, and extend the life of vacuum tube.
