3240 Epoxy Phenolic Glass Cloth Laminated Sheets are made of electrical glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin and phenolic resin. They are dried and pressed. The cured epoxy resin has excellent mechanical properties, high strength machine in the temperature, good flatness, smooth surface, no pits, and good electrical properties under high humidity, thickness tolerances, excellent high dielectric properties, high surface leakage resistance, arc.
Compared with the epoxy glass cloth board, 3240 vertical layers to the electrical strength and parallel layer to withstand voltage strength is slightly lower, lower mechanical strength, high water absorption. But its production technology is mature, with cost advantages, in many medium and low voltage electrical and electrical field with better cost performance, so as to be widely used.
