Product Description

Our High-Density Fireproof Vermiculite Board represents the pinnacle of fire-resistant technology. Crafted from naturally occurring aluminium-magnesium silicate layers, this board undergoes an advanced heat expansion technique known as exfoliation. This process transforms the material into an exceptionally resilient form, which is subsequently shaped into sturdy boards through precision press forming. Notably versatile and user-friendly, our vermiculite board can be easily manipulated using standard woodworking tools, allowing it to be sawn, drilled, and sanded to meet diverse design and application needs with ease.

Application

(Class A):

  1. A1-A3 products are ideally suited for direct application on the hot side of low-temperature ovens, drying ovens, and similar environments.
  2. A1-A3 products excel when applied to the backside of refractory bricks in various high-temperature industrial furnaces. They are the perfect complement to high-temperature refractory insulation bricks.
  3. Extensively utilized as heat insulation boards in furnaces, kilns, pizza ovens, and hot compression molding machines. Also, perfect for heating induction furnaces.

(Class B):
  1. Aligned with Class A specifications
  2. Serves as backup material for industrial furnaces and an outstanding heat insulation material for burning machines.
  3. Highly effective as a heat insulation material for fuel chargers.
  4. Functions as backup material in tunnel kilns, blast furnaces, and tube firing tables.
  5. Provides exceptional heat insulation for steel making machines.
